K–12 Basic Education Compensation Advisory Committee

The 2021 Legislature tasked OSPI with convening a workgroup to develop recommendations to support recruiting and retaining a multicultural and multilingual educator workforce with state salary allocations that are competitive and reflective of current economic conditions. This report includes the Committee's comprehensive recommendations, as well as OSPI's streamlined recommendations.  Authorizing legislation: Senate Bill 5092, Sec. 951 [2021–23 Operating Budget]
