21st Century Bargaining Skills Workshop- 2022
This workshop focuses on basic skills and knowledge for all successful bargainers, but particularly those who may be sitting on a management bargaining team for the first time. The content includes the legal rules for collective bargaining, as well as the behavioral and strategic skills which help bargaining teams satisfy school district interests and reach agreements with unions.
