  • The HELP program and my relationship with my mentor changed the direction of my Human Resources career. Without the depth of knowledge learned in the HELP program, I wouldn't be the resource that I am now to my school district. The Washington School Personnel Association continues to improve and refine the course work that is offered so what you are learning is relevant to the work that needs to be done in your district.

  • My HELP experience has changed my professional life for the better in so many ways. Through an abundance of teaching and learning with knowledgeable professional presenters, HELP pushed me to research and read things I would not have otherwise considered. Having the opportunity to collaborate with other Human Resources professionals from across the state, allowed me the chance to form lasting relationships with people who understand our work and help create a wonderful network of support.
